Wall of Fame
A number of NFL team have unique ways of honoring great players from the past. The Bills' way of remembering heroes is the Wall of Fame at Rich Stadium.
The Wall of Fame is on the upper-deck facades of Rich Stadium.
To be eligible for induction onto the Wall, which was inaugurated in 1980, a player must have played for the Bills for at least three seasons and be retired from the sport. Administrators who have contributed to the organization for an extended period also are eligible.
Here's a list of inductees:
- Jack Kemp, quarterback, 1962-69
- Patrick McGroder, team administrator, 1962-85
- Tom Sestak, defensive tackle, 1962-68
- Billy Shaw, guard, 1961-69
- O.J. Simpson, running back, 1969-77
- Ralph Wilson, club founder and president, 1960-present
- "The 12th Man," in tribute to Buffalo's fans
- Elbert Dubenion, flanker, 1960-68
- Mike Stratton, linebacker, 1962-72
- Joe Ferguson, quarterback, 1973-84
- Marv Levy, coach, 1986-1997
- Joe DeLamielleure, guard, 1973-79 and 1985
