Rhinos to play Rampage

(Monday, October 1, 2001) -- The No. 8 seed in the A-League playoffs, the Milwaukee Rampage, upset the top seeded Richmond kickers 2-1 in overtime Sunday, earning a spot in the A-League semifinals against the Rochester Rhinos.

The Rampage won Sunday's game in Richmond, Va., winning the series 4-3 in aggregate goals.

The Rhinos' series with the Rampage will begin Wednesday in Milwaukee at a time to be announced.

Game 2 will be played at 7:35 p.m. Saturday at Frontier Field. Tickets go on sale at 10 a.m. Monday and are available by calling 423-9464 or at the Frontier Field box office.
